The English alphabet is divided into two groups: vowels and consonants.

The vowels are A, E, I, O, U and sometimes Y.

The consonants are B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J, K, L, M, N, P, Q, R, S, T, V, W, X, ,Y and Z.
